1. Overview

These Terms & Conditions apply to all training services delivered by Cornerstone Safety Training. By engaging our services, you agree to the following terms.

2. Training Services 

Cornerstone Safety Training provides practical, scenario-based training designed to improve participants' responses to challenging situations.

All training is delivered for educational and skill-devleopment purposes only.

3. Participant Responsibilty 

Participants are expected to: 

​

  • Follow all instructions provided during training.

  • Act in a safe and respectful manner.

  • Make informed decisions during and after training.

  • Take responsibility for how they apply techniques in real situations.

Cornerstone Safety Training is not responsible for how individuals apply techniques in real-world situations. 

4. Assumption of Risk

Some elements of training may involve Movement, positioning, and controlled physical interaction.

Participants acknowledge that:

​

  • Participation may carry risk of minor injury.

  • They should take appropriate precautions if they have medical conditions that may be affected by practical components. 

  • While all reasonable care is taken, training involves inherent risk.

Participants are responsible for their own actions and decisions during and after training. 

5. Liability 

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cornerstone Safety Training is not liable for:

​

  • Any loss or damage arising from participation in training

  • Any actions taken by participants following the training

6. Bookings & Payment

  • Training sessions are confirmed upon written agreement (email is sufficient).

  • Payment terms will be agreed upon prior to delivery.

7. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations or changes should be made with reasonable notice.

  • Cornerstone Safety Trainining reserves the right to reschedule sessions due to unforseen circumstances.

8. Training Environment 

Clients are responsible for providing a suitable training space for delivery. Cornerstone Safety Training reserves the right to modify or stop training if safety concerns arise. 

9. Intellectual Property

All training materials and content remain the property of Cornerstone Safety Training and must not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.
